Kofi Abban Sakey
CEO
Kofi brings over 25 years of global experience in corporate finance, operational leadership, and strategic advisory services, with a track record in technology, supply chain management, and capital markets.
Kofi was a Director at the London Stock Exchange Group where he was responsible for Technology Business Management and Group Procurement globally. He subsequently joined global investment firm Fidelity International as Director and Head of Business Finance prior to establishing Heffield Industries Ltd.
Kofi is adept at designing financing strategies and fostering investor engagement, and is able to draw on his extensive experience of capital markets and exchanges from his career in the industry to drive the development of corporate financing strategy and maintain productive engagement with institutional investors and transaction advisors.
Hugo de Salis
Executive Director
Hugo has more than 30 years of expertise in international capital markets and communication. His leadership at St Brides Partners and Ragnar Capital has included advising governments and corporates on capital market strategies, with a focus on Africa.

He has worked with both bulge bracket institutions including Schroders Investment Management and JP Morgan Investment Management and smaller boutique capital markets and communications companies.
He has been involved in the listing of companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Kenya, Namibia and South Africa and instigated lobbying campaigns for African governments including Namibia and South Sudan
David Steinpries
Head of Strategy
David Steinepreis is a highly experienced figure in the Australian and UK resources investment community, with decades of expertise spanning accounting, corporate advisory, and executive leadership within the mining and energy sectors.
Over his career, he has served as a director, adviser, and major shareholder for numerous private and publicly listed mining and exploration companies, covering commodities such as gold, base metals, diamonds, oil, and emerging mining technologies.
With restructuring, equity funding, venture capital and start-up experience, David and his network provide international deliverability to Amesuk’s operations.
